What does “verified” mean for a job photo?
For ClientCam, verification is about preserving a checkable record around the image. A live-captured photo can be linked to the job, recorded with device location when available, received by the server at a trusted time, hashed and given an online verification record.
Why ordinary camera-roll photos can be difficult to manage
Photos taken across several jobs can become mixed together, renamed, copied between devices or separated from the notes explaining what they show. Months later, it may be difficult to identify exactly which customer, site or stage a photograph belongs to.

Can a verified photo be edited?
ClientCam keeps the verification tied to the recorded image bytes. If those bytes are changed, the original hash no longer matches. Annotated or derived versions should therefore remain distinguishable from the original evidence.
Does GPS always work?
No. Location depends on device permission, signal and browser/device capabilities. ClientCam records location when it is available rather than pretending a location exists when it does not.
Are imported photos the same as live-captured photos?
No. Imported files can still be organised as evidence, but ClientCam marks them as imported rather than presenting them as live captures.
